Is Pro really C$79/month all-in?
Yes. C$79/month flat. GST/HST is added at checkout and itemized on your Stripe receipt. No setup fees, no per-seat charges. One subscription, one inbox.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The Stripe customer portal link is in every Pro email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access through what you've paid for. No retention calls, no friction.
How much do I actually get per month?
One monthly newsletter (5 pages) plus two bi-weekly Market Trends briefs (2 pages each). About 9 pages of procurement intelligence per month, designed to be read in 10 minutes each. Total reading time across the month: roughly 30 minutes.
Can I expense this through my employer?
Yes — Pro is typically expensed as professional development, market research, or procurement intelligence. Stripe receipts include GST/HST and your company billing address. Email hello@steelpulsecanada.com if AP needs a custom invoice format.
Is there a team plan?
Not yet. Pro is currently a single-seat subscription. If you need to share with a team, email us — we'll work out a multi-seat arrangement.
Do you offer a free trial?
The free monthly brief is itself the trial — it shows you our writing, methodology, and judgement. If after reading a free issue you don't see the value of Pro, that's useful information for both of us. Subscribe free first.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Invoicing available for annual prepay — email us if interested.
